The Only Pool in the IFSC

Guests can enjoy complimentary access to our 18-metre heated indoor swimming pool as part of your stay. Perfect for both relaxation and fitness, the pool offers a calm, comfortable environment for a leisurely swim or a more energizing workout.

Swimming is a low-impact, full-body exercise that helps improve cardiovascular fitness, build strength, and reduce stress—making it ideal for all ages and fitness levels. Whether you’re starting your day with a few lengths or unwinding in the evening, it’s a simple way to boost both your physical and mental wellbeing.

After your swim, take time to relax and recover in our thermal suite, which includes a steam room, sauna, and hot tub. These facilities help to ease muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote deep relaxation—leaving you feeling refreshed and recharged.

Energize Opening Hours

Monday to Friday: 6am – 9.30pm (pool closes at 9pm) | Weekends & Bank Holidays: 8am – 7.30pm (pool closes at 7pm)

Children Pool Hours

Monday – Friday: 9am – 12pm and 2pm – 7pm | Weekends & Bank Holidays: 9am – 7pm

PLEASE NOTE:

Lane swim bookings are advised to be made in advance, no more than 1 week prior to arrival.
Please call The Spencer Health Club on 01 433 8877 to book your preferred time to use our facilities.
Energize Fitness & Leisure is used by Hotel Guests and Energize members. Guests using the swimming pool must wear a swimming hat, these can be purchased for €4.00 from the Energizes reception if you do not have one with you.
Steam Room, Sauna and Hot Tub are over 18’s only.
Energize members are reminded to bring their own towels when using the facilities. Hotel guests will be provided with towels.
