PLEASE NOTE:

  • Lane swim bookings are advised to be made in advance, no more than 1 week prior to arrival.
  • Please call Energize Fitness & Leisure on 01 433 8877 to book your preferred time to use our facilities.
  • Energize Fitness & Leisure is used by Hotel Guests and club members. Guests using the swimming pool must wear a swimming hat, these can be purchased for €4.00 from the Energizes reception if you do not have one with you.
  • Steam Room, Sauna and Hot Tub are over 18’s only.
  • Gym access is  Adults only. To ensure that you enjoy our facilities safely, we have limited the number of guests that can use the swimming pool and gym at any one time.
