The Spencer Hotel offers versatile meeting and event spaces in the heart of Dublin’s IFSC, ideal for corporate gatherings, workshops, training sessions, or social events. Each room is fully equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, LCD projectors, and flexible layouts, making it perfect for meetings of any size.
Ideal for smaller meetings, the Tucana is a modern boardroom-style space accommodating up to 16 delegates. Recently upgraded with wireless video conferencing, Tucana ensures a seamless, cable-free experience for remote or hybrid meetings.
The Club Lounge accommodates 15–25 delegates and can be arranged in a variety of layouts, from boardroom to U-shape. This stylish room features a private balcony and wireless video conferencing, making it perfect for intimate corporate sessions or creative workshops.
The Pegasus meeting space can be used as one large room or split into Pegasus 1 and 2, offering flexible options for events big or small. Individually, the rooms fit 18–50 delegates; combined, they accommodate up to 80. The space can be configured in theatre, boardroom, classroom, cabaret, U-shape, reception, and banquet styles, giving you complete control over your setup.
The Orion Suites are perfect for medium to large events and can be divided into Orion 1 and Orion 2 for smaller meetings. Individually, they accommodate 20–60 delegates, or up to 120 when combined. Fully equipped with air conditioning, LCD projectors, screens, and high-speed Wi-Fi, these rooms adapt to theatre, boardroom, classroom, cabaret, U-shape, reception, and banquet layouts.
An attached outdoor area makes Orion ideal for summer BBQs, networking events, or drinks receptions.
The Columba Suite offers the largest event space, capable of hosting 16–110 delegates in each room, or up to 145 together. The suite is fully equipped with air conditioning, LCD projectors, screens, and high-speed Wi-Fi and can be arranged in all major layouts: theatre, boardroom, classroom, cabaret, U-shape, reception, or banquet.
A foyer with a bottled bar is included, perfect for registration or coffee breaks. The Columba Suite is ideal for corporate conferences, Christmas parties, large gatherings, and tailored events.
